TOURMALINE AND DIAMOND VINTAGE TRILOGY
This unique vintage-inspired tourmaline engagement ring features a stunning 1.0 carat cushion cut centre diamond, delicately set with split claws on each corner with a further four claws set at NESW. Two 3.5mm trillion cut tourmalines, each set with three individual claws, complement the centre stone flawlessly. Intricate sculptural details add delicate sophistication to the recycled 18K yellow gold band for a glamorous, vintage feel.
The word “tourmaline” comes from the Sinhalese word turamali, meaning “stone of mixed colour.” As an engagement ring stone, tourmaline goes perfectly with colourful wardrobes and personalities. It can imitate fine gemstones such as rubies and emeralds but at much more affordable prices.
Others like the symbolism of the colours themselves: pink and red for romance, green for nature, or blue for the sea and the sky.
This ring was set with a lab grown diamond at the centre, grown using 100% hydro-powered renewable energy and certified carbon neutral.
