Every persons bespoke journey is different, and some customers may end up using our service without evening knowing they wanted to! However most bespoke work tends to be divided into three packages, our complete bespoke, partially bespoke or matching wedding band package.

The Process
Everyones bespoke journey looks different, because just like the jewellery, every person is unique! We work with you to create the most special piece for you, and our customer service team are here to support you throughout.
Although everyones process is slightly different, these are the stages that every bespoke piece will generally go through…
IDEA/CONSULTATION
CAD/VIRTUAL IMAGE
FINISHED PIECE!
1. Consultation
Whether it be a one-on-one appointment in our showroom in Truro, a phone-call or just via email, the first port of call is always a consultation with our friendly and knowledgable team to discuss your design ideas and budget.
2. Digital Renders
Upon receipt of the deposit, our team we will then create CADs/digital render images and videos for your design so that you can see the design in more detail. When you are happy with the CADs, we can then go into casting and start creating your bespoke piece.
3. Ring Production
When your design has been perfected and you are happy to pay the first instalment, we are then ready to proceed to casting in your preferred precious metal type. This part of the process can take up to 6-8 weeks.
4. Delivery!
Once your piece has been completed, only at this stage do we request the final balance payment. Your beautifully finished bespoke piece is then thoroughly inspected and will be ready to be securely shipped to you in a beautiful wooden box and discreet luxury packaging

Our Bespoke Design Service allows you to create a truly unique engagement, wedding or celebration ring. We will spend one-to-one time with you to help you design a piece of ethical jewellery that is symbolic and meaningful to you and your loved one. Taking your ideas and inspiration and turning it into your dream forever ring.

Customised
Design Package
Our customised design package allows you to customise an existing ring or piece of jewellery in our Ethica collection. If you’ve found a ring you love but isn’t quite perfect then this package could be perfect for you. It also means you will have a piece of jewellery that is completely unique to you.
Examples of the customised design package include changes to the band, the setting, the claws, adding extra stones or swapping stones for coloured precious gem stones.

Matching Band
Design Package
So you’ve got the perfect engagement ring, but what about the wedding band? Sometimes it can be hard to find a wedding band that fits perfectly with your engagement ring, which is where our matching band design package comes in! This package allows you to have a bespoke wedding band made to match the exact proportions and specifications of your existing ring.

How much does it cost?
Each bespoke journey is unique so pricing is based each individual commission. If you have a budget in mind, just let us know when you get in touch. Our bespoke designs start at around £2,500 for engagement rings.
How long will it take to make my Bespoke ring?
Our turnaround for bespoke commissions is based on a number of factors that vary for each piece, including CAD revisions and the complexity of your design. It is typically 8-12 weeks from your initial consultation but can take longer depending on the intricacies of your design process.
Do you source different stone types?
While we specialise in lab-grown stones, we will happily look in to ethically sourced semi-precious stones such as aquamarine and tourmaline for your bespoke design.
What images will I see before my ring is made?
Depending on your design brief, we will supply sketches and CAD illustrations for you to view.
Can I use my existing stones/metal?
Begin a new story for your heirlooms. Our design team can use the stones from your existing jewellery in your new designs.
Due to metal porosity and grading, we are unable to use the precious metal from existing jewellery.
When removing any stones from existing jewellery, there is a risk of damage but your jewellery is always handled with the utmost care.
Why is Bespoke more expensive?
Our design team spend time carefully creating your perfect ring. Bespoke rings require intensive design time which adds a little to the overall cost of your ring.
Do I have to pay upfront?
We require a £300 deposit to secure your design slot and create your sketches/CADs. Once you love your design and have signed off on your CADs we ask for 50% to start the production of your ring. The final 50% is due when your rig is ready to be dispatched. We offer different payment plans and 0% finance so get in touch to discuss your options.
